Module of a course not being marked as passed

    Hello there,

    I have an issue with your plugin which I’ve never had before. I corrected the questions that a student answered in a module of a course, they are all correct and I marked them as so but it keeps showing that the student has failed and that only 1 out of 5 questions is correct. Even though it’s not true!

    It’s only happening for this student and for this module, the others are being marked correctly by the plugin.

    I can’t turn off plugins or the theme because I run a membership-based website and many students are online all the time and that might break my system. The thing is that this issue is not happening with other courses or students.

  • Hello @nomaddaniele,

    If the plugin had a problem, then all the students will face the issue. I guess the student has some kind of security system that is blocking our security systems to not work properly.

    You may try marking the answers incorrect and correct manually and see if the issue resolves.

    I don’t think so because I marked other modules from this student and they are all showing up as passed.

    I tried that but nothing happens. If you see the picture, it looks like the plugin only recognises the first question as correct and it gives 1 point to it. The other questions give 0 when they are marked as correct or -1 when they are marked as incorrect and I don’t know why
