    @srinivasuluborra,

    If you want us to check your site then please do contact at support[at]wperp.com

    Thank you ??

    How has this been resolved? This is exactly the same problem I have, you haven’t resolved ANYTHING!!

    @jamjam79,

    Actually, the issue was resolved a few months ago by contacting us at our support directly. Let me tell you the way to solve it below:

    Possible reasons with solutions of this problem:
    1. Not enough permission or access in HR and Accounting module.
    If you are a site admin then you can easily check the permission by visiting your WordPress Profile.
    In the last section of your WordPress user profile, you will see the section “WP ERP ROLE“. Check HR Manager, Accounting Manager & CRM Manager to get access to all three modules.

    2. Modules are not enabled.
    If your required module is disabled then this could happen. Navigate to:
    “ERP Settings -> Modules” and check whether your required modules are enabled or not.

    Thanks and let me know if it worked for you ??
