modularity lite slideshow not working when album plugin activated

  • The modularity lite header slideshow freezes each time I activate the DM album plugin (used to display slideshows within posts). When the plugin is desactivated, the slideshow works fine.

    Here is an example with 2 photos uploaded into posts

    I tried another slideshow plugin (GPP slideshow): same problem.
    I tried deactivating the theme, deleting the theme files, and uploading the theme files again: same problem.

    Any ideas on how to resolve this?
