Modula gallery not showing pictures correctly in preview

    Hello,

    I have a problem with the Modula gallery plugin. So, I want to set gallery on this page, but when I put a shortcode in Divi’s module, the gallery is not shown correctly until the user clicks on one of the images, i.e. images are not shown at all until the user clicks on one of them. I tried putting my other shortcodes that are working correctly, and they work fine, but for some reason, this particular gallery is not working. I tried duplicating one that's working and still nothing.

    Any help?

    Also you mentioned other Modula galleries work but this particular one does not?

    Yes, Modula plugin is used throughout the website and on all of the other pages works perfectly. Also, I tried adding a shortcode of the ones that are working, and they are displayed correctly. I tried cloning those that work and put different images in a cloned module, and then it does not work again.

    I just went to that page but I could not find a Modula gallery in there.
    Could you please give me a bit more information where on that page it is?
    Maybe a screenshot would help.

    Hi Mihaela,

    for some strange reason, the gallery is not showing when I’m in incognito mode, or when I’m not logged in as admin, I just realized that when you said there’s no Modula gallery there, I really don’t know why.

    I’m sending you screenshots of the gallery when I’m logged in, and also the General settings of the gallery. It’s added through the Code module, like every other Modula gallery that’s working on the website.

    If you need, I can send you (privately) a username and password so you could take a closer look as admin, I just want to know why it’s not working and I need to repair that asap.

    I was able to see it now on that page.
    Is it possible to change the thumbnail size and save? It seems it does not resize your images and they do not display.

    Hi Mihaela,

    thank you for your reply. Yes, I can change the thumbnail size. It was set to 500, what’s your recommendation?

    Width is set to 100% and height to 800px.

    @podrskaorvelus,

    Please try 400 instead.
