ModSecurity Error

    Hello everyone.

    I have a password protected page on my WP site and I give my visitors access to this page with a password.

    Most people are able to access the protected content without any trouble. But some people tell me that they get the following error after typing in the password on the page:

    “Not Acceptable!
    An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

    My website is hosted by Hostgator. I’ve contacted them before about this issue and they only showed me the errors that mod security generated. I’m not a developer so this info did not make sense to me at all.

    Can anyone please help me?
