Mods lost abilities to edit users comments since 5.0.13.0

Hello,
I had to revert to version 5.0.10.0

The problem: My comment moderators lost ability to edit posts on versions 5.0.13.0 & current 5.0.20.0.

I have a “comment moderators” role in my wordpress.
All abilities are disabled except:
– Read
– Moderate Comments
– Edit Comment
– Mv Moderate Comments

This works in previous versions, stopped working in 5.0.13.0
Comment moderators can edit posts through the wordpress admin panel, but that is a hassle (reason to use this plugin).

So I had to revert to previous version 5.0.10.0.
Please test my mentioned settings (it’s a problem with the plugin because as I’ve said, they can moderate and edit users comments through the panel but not through the plugin).
