Modifying TinyMCE Advaced plugin

    Is it possible to modify TinyMCE Advanced plugin to change default fonttype and size? This would be great help when updating compliced post made by an diffrent and older editor plugin. How to make it, modifying code or how? Right fonttype and size is allready listed in Tiny but not default.
