Modifying Twenty Fourteen theme

    Hello,

    How do I get rid of the “You may use these HTML tags and attributes…” blurb at the bottom of the comment form in the Twenty Fourteen theme? For example, at the very bottom of this blog post: https://muchzen.com/60-greatest-quotes-change/

    I checked the comments.php file but the text doesn’t seem to be there.

    Help? Thanks in advance.
