modifying timestamp format of specifc posts (not of all posts)

Hi,

I was wondering how I could modify the format of the timestamp in specific posts only. For example, all posts over 1 year old would only display the year, whereas more recent posts would display the day, month and year.

I would also love to know how I could modify the timestamp of a single post using the post’s ID #.
