Modifying the Shop’s meta og:image Value?

WooCommerce appears to use the first product’s thumbnail image as the og:image meta tag on the shop page. Is there a way to customize this meta tag to change the image shown on the shop page when linked on Facebook? Whenever the shop page link is posted on Facebook, the first product’s thumbnail image is shown, which is not always desirable.
Is there an easy way to customize it?
