modifying the meta and titles tags in my plugin

Hi there,

I am developing a portfolio plugin, I just have one question. I need to modify the title/keyword/description tags for my plugin. Right now its a shortcode within a page. So when someone clicks on a portfolio listing I want it to take the custom tags I have created in the db. Is there a hook for this? I could not find anything in the codex
