    Hi,

Firstly, what an AWESOME ticketing system – I installed and tested many others before coming across yours and what a blessing finding yours was! ?? A few questions regarding customisations if I may?

    1. Do you have documentation on modifying the login form page? I just wanted to more centre the form itself on the page to be consistent with our other login form (for MyAccount).

    2. I also wanted to change “E-mail” to “Email” and “Forgot Password” to “Lost your password?” but having tried to make these amendments in Loco Translate, nothing changes.

    3. I want to change the display of the “Login” button to be look like other buttons on our website. I am unable to provide you link as website as its currently under password-protection as still under development and this seems to be the only means of contacting you given I am using your free version.

Hoping you can help! Many thanks ??

    Hi @kira7

Thank you for reaching out and we sincerely apologize for the delayed response. I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying our ticketing system! Regarding your customization questions, here are the answers:

    1. Modifying the login form page layout is not currently supported. The form template cannot be changed or centered through customization.
    2. Changing specific text elements like “E-mail” and “Forgot Password” is also not directly possible within the plugin settings. While attempting to modify these strings through Loco Translate is an option, it may not always yield the desired results. You might consider using Polylang or POEDITOR.COM for translation, although success is not guaranteed.
    3. Customizing the appearance of the “Login” button to match other buttons on your website isn’t supported at this time either.

We understand your desire for these customizations and appreciate your feedback. While we don’t have immediate solutions for these requests within our current version, we’ll take note of your suggestions for future updates.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask. Thank you for using our free version, and we hope you continue to find our ticketing system beneficial for your needs.

    Best regards,
