    Hi,

I set up a post slider (works OK) and now I want to modify 2 things:

    a) height of images in slider,
    b) height of area where title, first sentences of text and ‘Read more’ link is.

I think that both take too much space if you use smaller screens (for instance a laptop one).

I searched styles.css file, but there is no such a parameter as post slider height. Could anybody help? I would be grateful.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for using Dynamic News.

    1) You can change the defined height of the images with the Simple Image Sizes plugin. Please see https://themezee.com/docs/change-size-of-featured-images/

You should also change the height parameter in the slider CSS then.

    2) You can find the CSS code of the slider in /css/flexslider.css. You can reduce the padding values or decrease the font sizes to make the area smaller.

I also recommend to not change the theme files directly, because every update will override all theme files and your changes will be lost.

Instead, add your custom CSS in the Customizer with the Additional CSS setting or use a child theme.

    Best,
    Thomas
