Modifying Post Grid/Slider/Carousel Excerpt

    Hello,

    I would like to prevent “… Read More” from appearing in the post excerpts in the Post Grid/Slider/Carousel widget. Is there a way I can tweak the plugin code to do so?

    I’ve currently resorted to using a real time find and replace plugin, but would like to know if I can modify code as to not rely on this plugin.
