Modifying my 'Home Page' link in the nav menu

    I want my home page (now titled ‘Whole Leaf Tobacco Goodness’) to just say ‘Home’. At the same time I would like to be able to have a ‘page title’ for that page that does not say ‘Home’, I want to add a more SEO-centric page title for particular keywords but I don’t want that to reflect in the navigation bar the way that it does now.
