    1. Yes using CSS.

    2. No, not at this time anyways. That seems a bit dangerous with spam bots to be displaying another users email address on your website.

    I agree about the email address, actually. It was not my intention to display it publicly but for internal use… to contact the reviewer, for example.

    BTW, Tried to buy a Thank You license and the checkout process is broken. Fortunately it broke before taking my credit card info.
