Modify url an -4333.html.

hi i just changed my permalink from: %%postname%%-%%postID%%.html to %%postname%%

for example: my link url on post: site.com/how-i-can-run-fast-43453.html

and i want change it like this: site.com/how-i-can-run-fast/ so i need delete numeric and .html for all links i want do it. i hope its possible.
