Modify the flie avenue.php in a child theme

Hi!

first at all, thank you for the beautiful theme.

I created a child theme in order to modify Avenue theme.
but now i need to change the avenue.php file, so i copied it, within the same route on my child directory (inc/engine/avenue.php), but nothing happened, the page still works with the main theme file.

I need to change the language of the buttons located in that file (the CTA boxes buttons), I want them to say “Leer más” instead of “Click here”…
