Modify the DB and display the user ID

    I would like to take this a step further and have it modify the DB and display the membership number. Let me know if this is possible or at least displaying the membership number under account details with a concatenate string to display the value.

    can you clarify what you mean by modifying the database? The membership number created comes from the database wp_users table (optionally prefixed in settings). I don′t think it would be good practice to modify this table (except if you wanted to start the numbers from a higher increment. So I need some clarification.

    I am happy to add some functionality to display the number though and thik thi is a good idea. Where are you thinking? in the backend? in the front end with a shortcode?
