Modify Registration form

Copy register-form.php to theme folder and modify them.

In your steps I dont understand where to save the file registration-form.php in my theme.

is this the right path :

/wp-content/
–/plugins/theme-my-login-custom.php
–/themes/child-theme/registration-form.php

I am unable to see the custom fields
