Modify Post Title of share

  • Hello,
    Great plugin, you got my 5*!

    Is there a filter or a way that I could modify the post_title when sharing?

    My use case is to add some message based on the post taxonomy, etc… I could modify the URL but I have not found a way to modify the post title.
