    Hi,

As a result of some issues updating to WP 5 earlier today, i find myself in a situation where i would like to modify the configuration of All in One Security via FTP… is this possible.

I appears that the plugin W3 Total Cache caused some issues when i tried the upgrade, so i have been advised to rename the plugin folder to get the update finished, which it has now.

But when i cam to sign into the site the captcha feature stopped me completing the sign on so now i am prohibited from accessing the site. If i rename the All in One folder i can get around this, but as soon as i rename the folder it immediately locks me out

Ideally want i want to do is disable the captcha feature so i can log in and then reconfigure ALl in One

If i cant to that i will have to delete the plugin and start over, but is there configuration file anywhere i can use to simplify the re configurations???

    Thx

    JohnW

Ok, I believe this is sorted now.

After making sure that all of W3 Total Cache plugin was removed from the server, clearing all ache etc etc, changing my Local IP via a VPN i managed to get back into the back end of the site via the Captcha log in

    So all clear again

    Thx
