Modify page title from PHP, or using query string

I have a client who is using SEOPress on their site. We have a page that sometimes gets called with query string arguments. We use PHP through a shortcode to use those arguments in the H1 tag, but would like to also use them in the page title tag. I’ve been looking through the different variables that can be inserted through the plugin’s user interface, but I’m unable to find any that are based on the query string, or some other data that is particular to the page request rather than the page itself.

Any ideas/leads would be appreciated.
