Does a single order in your admin page show the weight of the order? By default, core WooCommerce doesn’t display weight in the backend. If your store does, it may be added by one of your plugins. Additionally, please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
