    1. I need to add a comma between customers’ first and last names (for names like ‘Mi Zan Mar Tong Herzminek’) to the new order email.
    2. I need to add additional fields collected through Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce (Pro) plugin to the new order email.

    How can I do that?

    Hi @greyowl

I need to add a comma between customers’ first and last names (for names like ‘Mi Zan Mar Tong Herzminek’) to the new order email.

To add a comma between customers’ first and last names, you would need to modify the email template files. These are located in the WooCommerce plugin directory, under /templates/emails/. However, please note that any changes you make directly to the plugin files will be lost when you update WooCommerce. More info: https://woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/

Alternatively, you can use Email Customizer for WooCommerce or Email Customizer Pro to customise those emails visually.

I need to add additional fields collected through Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce (Pro) plugin to the new order email.

This is a third-party plugin, and we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. It would be best to reach out to the plugin developer for further assistance.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

I’m also in contact with the plugin developer for Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce (Pro), where I have an open issue.
