Modify home page

I’m using the Parabola theme to create my website and I need your help to be able to change a part of the home page that I do not like how it looks and can not be removed.

On my homepage, on the middle part, I have some images that when you click on them, they take you to the corresponding page and, below, I have a box where the pages are opened.

I would like to be able to change two things.

First, remove the box where the pages are displayed and make the pages appear under the menu.

Then, the images that I have put with links, when I open a new window, they stay there and do not disappear.

Could you help me?.
