    OK, I see.

    Is there any other way of modifying this submission form or is it just non-customizable?

    Hello @patopaiar,

    Not customization way, but you can enable/disable fields on MEC Settings > Frontend events submission or set the main color for FES in MEC Settings > Custom Styles tab.
