Modify existing image?

I simply love this plugin. I constantly put screenshots on my website and being able to remove some “server name” or other confidential information by blurring them out is a great feature. However is there a way to modify the existing image rather then saving it as a new one? Right now when i insert new image into library by copy / paste (got a plugin for that) I need to go media library, edit the image, save the image, and replace the original image. Having ability to simply change “existing image” without saving changes to new one would be better one. Eventually if you want to secure people with ability to go back maybe save the original file as “backup copy”? Great plugin anyways!
