1. you can use this css:

div.product .product_title {
color:blue;
}
.pricebox .product_price {
    color: red;
}

2. Thats part of the woocommerce templates. You would have to use a child theme and edit the woocommerce/single-product/tabs/description.php file

or use a filter to change in your child theme functions.php file, see here:
