Modify booking changes not being saved?

Hello,
I am having an issue where when I make a change to a users booking, submit the changes and then hit resend email, my changes get reverted back and do not get saved. ?? I have a screenshot PDF here to show my steps: https://kathoderay.com/modify-booking-not-saving-data.pdf.Please help!?!
