Modify and add multilanguage support for privacy policy checkbox

    Hello,
    I am trying to set up Newsletter for my startup page. Since we are targeting the German market, but also have some English-only speaking partners I want the Website to be bilingual. I added the checkbox for the privacy policy to the subscription form, but I can’t find out how to provide the privacy policy checkbox in two languages. I’m using Polylang for multi-language support.

    Secondarily I’d like to change the text of the checkmark, to include a link to our privacy policy page.

    Is both of this possible with Newsletter?

    Hi, if you use polylang, you should enter the form fields panel, change the language using the polylang top bar and set a different text for german.

    It should work if you use our standard shortcodes to generate the forms.
