Need to remove “Manage” and “Comment” from Author′s Dashboard

    Hello to everybody!

    I have many users in my blog, they are AUTHORS.
    In admin menu we have: Write post, manager , comments and profile

    I need to show only Write post and profile.

    I see about “capabilities” and roles.
    I am using “Role-Manager” plugin to help-me.
    If a create one capability to help-me with this, where do I add this capability and how it would be?
    As would be the code that capacity?
