Modified file: safe or not?

Hi,

I run WordPress 5.4.1 and I have a question regarding iThemes Security 7.7.1 plugin: please excuse me if I post in the wrong section, but I do think this is the right section as it’s not exactly a question about the plugin itself.

So a security scan recently found a file that has been modified.

My question is: do you think these modifications are safe or not?

I didn’t notice any suspicious changes on my website so far, but I want to make sure these file modifications are legitimate before clicking on the “ignore” button.
