Modification of Menu bar

First of all thank you for your quick help in every theme related problem.

1.I want to know,how can i put “site title name” in the left side of “menu bar” ?

2.I want to place menu bar at the top, don’t need any space between “news-feed bar” and “menu bar” ?

Kindly help me.

If you can provide any custom code it will be very helpful for me.
