  • Hola, ?qué quieres decir exactamente con altura? Si desea reducir el relleno en cada uno de los enlaces, puede usar el siguiente CSS

    .main-navigation ul.nav-menu > li > a {
?? padding-bottom: 0px;
?? padding-top: 0px;
}
