Modest Theme Slider/Home Screen

    I’m having difficulty displaying photos that are in certain pages. I can get the photos in the posts and into the slider but can’t seem to get rid of the three blurbs (which are really the whole page’s content) from below the slider. I only want the heading, subheading, photo slider and the footer quote text on the home screen NOT extra photos with the blogs attached. Does this make sense?

    gproca, have you checked the cPanel settings for the theme? The homepage settings set which pages are pulled for the blurbs. You could delete the content from the page, and then only the photos will be displayed, but it still will be linked.

    If you can edit PHP, you can also change the “featured.php” file itself – I wouldn’t recommend this unless you are experienced with PHP though.
