Your account is not suspended and your posts have been hitting the pending queue. That has been resolved now but I do have some questions.

Disclaimer: I am not accusing you of any ill will or bad behavior. I do not want to discourage you from the great support you have been providing the UM users.

I want to make that clear because the written word is an awful way for me to ask anyone questions. It is easy to mistake my questions as accusations and I want to assure you that that is not the case. Please keep that in mind when you read my question below.

What is your relationship with this plugin and authors @ultimatemember and @champsupertramp in these forums?

It’s an important question. If you are a plugin contributor or author then that would make moderators work in these forums simple. But it appears you have a separate UM support forum as well as paid options on your site. You’ve been referring people to your site in many of the replies in the www.remarpro.com forums.

If you are an official support person/company/organization for Ulitmate Member and the plugin authors verify that then that would be a good thing for the moderators to know and be aware of.

Edit: I’ve also updated the Codex paragraph. Leaving contact details has not been permitted for years.
