Moderation Tool Link not visible in few articles

Hi Team,

I have noticed that the plugin shows “Moderation Tool” link when we are logged in with the Admin Facebook account but it does not show up on few articles and shows up in some.

What is the logic behind it ? why some article show and some not – Also I noticed there is no condition that old show and new ones not. There is no periodic check.

Can you share more insights on this whole issue.
