Moderation Tool Link is not generating in posts

  • I have checked Facebook Comments Plugin and in some posts there is not appearing moderation tool link generates.
    Admin is logged in with Facebook and we found Moderation Tool is not working in some posts.
    In some post users comments are automatically get published and list down to the comment section and this comments are not showing in Facebook moderation developer section.
