Moderation Emails

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change what email address the moderation emails are sent from. Right now mine uses my hosting accounts master email. I dont want to use this for i have mulitple people moderating and it is just not professional. I have contacted my server and they told me what i was already trying which was edit the php.ini file. Well i have changed the email address in there but it does not appear to be working.

Any help would be great
