    Is this a user specific issue? Please make sure all your customers comments get unapproved status. If this is a user specific issue then you should check your antipsam plugins, for example Akismet can set a comment unapproved if it suspects something. Other antispam plugins can do that as well.

    no its not a specific user problem,only registered user can submit comment, so i don’t use anti spam plugin,
    i want to approve customer comments manually, and my WordPress setting is right i think as you saw on that screenshot,
    but all comment are getting publish instantly

    Have you tried to disable other plugins and test it? The status of comments is set by WordPress. wpDiscuz doesn’t have direct affection on the comment status, so this is a conflict with some plugin.

    yes i tried to disable almost all plugin and I’m still have issue, when i disable the wpdiscuz, i have no problem and admin need to approve the comment.

    also, i can provide access to the admin panel or host if you need to check more details.

    in the past few days, i did test many thing and i couldn’t to find the problem, i would be appreciated it if somebody could help me with this problem

    Update: i used the Troubleshooting mode of ‘Health check’ plugin, and after i did enable all the plugins and also the Theme there was no problem, but after disabling the Troubleshooting mode, the problem still was exist,
