Model not showing up in Chatbot Builder

Same problem on my WP 6.2, reset and uninstall extension not resolve the problem, same for the cache purge..

Same here..model shows up eventually after refreshing, but can’t be selected and finetuning can’t be activated (WP 6.1.1.)

Never mind. Gave it an hour and there it was…

Not showing up somebody please help.

Make sure you are using the latest version of AI Engine, there was an issue in a previous version. Also, don’t hesitate to share a screenshot of the Models table, where the model appears (I would like to check the status, the name, etc).

Which version of AI Engine do you use? Can you click on the Refresh button, using the latest version?
