Hi, I saw error on your site: https://prntscr.com/lxpq3g “Google Maps JavaScript API error: ExpiredKeyMapError” please enter invalide google map api key for fix. Thanks
Thank you, I haven’t connected Google Maps yet because its a Dev site. Why would the Google API affect the Modal Tab from working correctly? My question was about the “register” tab on the modal window not being clickable. Thanks!
-MHi, The Modal Tab use jQuery to Show/Hide, so It may not run when other js files fail. In your case, maybe your site was disable the tab, please swich to other theme for test. Thanks
I switched themes and the modal works fine.
So the problem must be with the DIVI theme.
My problem is that I MUST use the DIVI theme for this site. Is there some way to fix this? Maybe I can simply turn the modal window off and just have the visitor use pages for login and register? Would that work? How can I do that please?
@wideglidemike Please immediately revoke the author’s access to your site. The author is risking getting their code removed from this site for that.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.
If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.
Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.
- Ask for a link to the https://pastebin.com/ log of the user’s web server error log.
- Ask the user to create and post a link to their
phpinfo();
output. - Ask the user to install the Health Check plugin and get the data that way.
- Walk the user through enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.
- Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again.
- Ask the user for the step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem.
You get the idea.
Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.
I just want to help my customers, I won’t do that anymore, Please forgive us, Thank you @jdembowski
Hey Jan… Thanks for watching out for me but…I always trust the Theme Authors to login to my sites! The site I’m working on is a Development site anyway so I’m really not worried about it all!I am more than happy when they offer this level of support because most plugin authors hardly ever do.
Hey @jdembowski please continue to help me! I really need to get this resolved! Thanks for all of your help so far!! I appreciate it!
Thanks Jan for trying to protect me! I appreciate it!
-MikeHey @jdembowski

Thanks in advance!
-Mike
I’m not a support person for this plugin, I’m a forum moderator. I don’t know anything about this plugin.
As long as the author is within the lines they can help you. Or someone else; if I knew anything about this plugin then I’d help you. But I don’t so here we are.
