• Hi Support,

    The environment
    —————
Theme: Divi by ElegantTheme, latest version
Modal Window (free version), v3.20 (the issue was with the previous version too)
    PHP: 7.x
    Browsers: Chrome, FireFox, …
    URL: https://www.rejnok.cz

On the homepage of this web I got 2 modal windows openning with buttons:

    1.
    * Button: The red fixed mail-icon in the bottom right.
    * Modal window content: A small Caldera Form form.
    * The HTML code inserted in the page:
    [Wow-Modal-Windows id=2]
    <button id=”wow-modal-id-2″ class=”et-pb-icon et-waypoint et_pb_animation_top et-pb-icon-circle et-pb-icon-circle-border et-animated et-ive-email-icon”></button>

    2.
    * Button: “Otev?ít” under <h2>Historie na?í spole?nosti</h2>.
    * Modal window content: text in between <span></span> tags
    * The HTML code inserted in the page:
    [Wow-Modal-Windows id=1]
    <button id=”wow-modal-id-1″ class=”popup-historie-btn”>Otev?ít</button>

    The issue
    ———
Since I inserted these MWs in the page, their content started to occur consistently at the top of the ../wp-admin/post.php?post=3340&action=edit.

Why is that? How to get rid of it?

Otherwise, thanks a million for this great plugin! It’s a perfect fit to my needs and does excellent job!

    Thanks,
    Ivan

    Hello.

This problem occurs only in the admin part of the site when adding a shortcode to the visual builder of the page

    Hello,
Ok, that’s how the issue has strated to exist. (When using Divi Template one can’t write html directly.)
But is there any way to get rid of it?
    Thanks, I.

You can choose option Show modal window->All posts and pages and your modal window will show on the website.

We will test plugin with visual builder and try to fix problem

Thanks, I’d be really happy, if you fix the issue with the Divi Builder.
Maybe I should add, I use the Divi Builder, not the Visual Builder but I think, it does not matter here anyway.
