Modal Survey and MailPoet integration

    Hello,
    I am using the survey tool “modal survey” on my website (or actually: planning to use it). The tool offers mailpoet integration, so that all the visitors who participate in the survey are put on a MailPoet list.

    My problem: the visitor does not get the automatic “confirm your subscription”-mail. Yes, I could resend this mail manually, but that’s not an option for me.

    Please help me find a way, how MailPoet sends the confirmation-mail automatically to the new and therefore unconfirmed subscribers.

    In this case, since that tool offers and integration with MailPoet, I’d recommend you to reach out to the developers/support of that tool and let them know about the confirmation emails not being sent.

    Please note we don’t provide support to third-parties plugins (even if they offer an integration with our plugin).
