Modal stop working with last update

Yesterday I’ve updated the platform, both WP and WC. All was working fine, MP included. Then I make the update of MP, and modal stopped working (with 3.03 vesion). So I had to use redirect, because I can’t make it works and iframe is awful. Iframe mode its really dissapoint it, I can’t set 100% width to fit in my theme. Height atribute its really bad, some times its not enough when you want to go back and choose another payment method, and when you go back to main page (link below, left corner) just load the same page in the iframe (really?).
Maybe you need to fix this stuff because its very frustrating.
