Modal popup with registration

  • I’ve had a look for these, but not sure I have found exactly what I’m looking for.

    My requirements are:

    – can add a registration form that includes custom fields other than name and email address.

    – can force people to register before dismissing the modal.

    Any recommendations welcome.
