Modal Popup isn’t opening

    Hello there the modal popup of givewp isn’t working. When I click on it. It doesn’t load t all. Any idea what could be the problem?

    Glad you reached out, I’d like to gather a little more information about the issue you are seeing. When you say the GiveWP modal doesn’t open, do you mean the modal for a donation form, or something else?

    If you could send along a few more details about what you are seeing, that will give me some context to know where to start troubleshooting.

    A couple pieces of helpful information in the meantime:

    Send along your system information. You can do this by navigating to Donations > Tools > System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here. This will give me a clear picture of your site environment.

    The URL to your site and your donation form. This will let me check for any errors in the console that might give us some clues to follow.
