    Hi,

I am trying premium add on free latest version 2.5.9.

I am having a issue where when editing the pop up modal on page load or any other option loads and triggers pop up correctly, but the rest of the elementor page becomes unresponsive, the screen dims and I cannot edit further..Any ideas what this could be ?
I dont have any cache plugins. I use cloudflare.

    This is error in chrome:

premium-addons.js?ver=2.5.9:369 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘trigger’ of undefined
    at PremiumModalBoxHandler (premium-addons.js?ver=2.5.9:369)

    at editor.js?ver=2.2.0:2653

    Thanks

    Hello marzmuso,

    Hope you’re having a great day ??

    – Editing the modal box when the trigger is set to page load is not a good idea as it may cause an issue with the JS that is responsible for page loading function, best solution is to use other trigger for example button and after you finish editing, set the trigger back to page load.

On the other hand, may I ask you if the pop up works fine on the front end ?

    Cheers.

    Hi,
    I am well thanks.

The modal pop up is working on the frontend fine. It’s during editing in the text box on the side panel that the screen locks up. This also happened when selecting text only option not just page load.

Ps! I have no problems with the built in elementor widgets..

    Any other suggestions?
    Thanks
