I have a modal set up on this page https://goinspire.com/womens-chizuk-mission/ that is supposed to pop up when you click “itinerary”, but nothing happens. The modal is set to load on that page. Here is the code behind the button:

    <a title="Itinerary for Womens Chizzuk Mission" href="#" class="eModal-6"><img class="alignleft wp-image-652" alt="ITIN2" src="https://goinspire.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/ITINERARY-RED2.png" width="220" height="55" /></a>

Can you please advise? Thank you

Please update and then edit and save the theme. This should resolve the issue.

Hi! The plugin is fully updated. I edited and saved the theme, and the plugin, and the issue is not resolved. What do you suggest?
In addition, a modal that used to work is no longer working. Please advise.

    Okay. Where should I look?

    Hey etech,

Your on v2.0.11? If so edit your theme and hit save. I made changes to the save mechanism to replace missing values which is what is causing modals not to open on your site.

    Thanks

okay thanks for being on top of it. I will check back tomorrow.

I have been having an issue, too. I just started trying this plugin last night and have done several things. I upgraded my php version, uninstalled the plugin, downloaded the most recent one (v 2.012), and reset the database. I created a modal and tried all methods (text, button, image) and none of them opened. I’m encouraged that you seem to be on top of this, though, and hope to be able to use this. It’s the only plugin I’ve seen that looks like it does exactly what my client wants.

    Thanks!
    Karen

PS – Not including link because I removed all modals… didn’t want to have them up if they weren’t working.

    Any update?

I updated the plugin, edited it and saved it, but the modal is still not loading. Any ideas?

    @etech,

if you have the latest version v2.0.12 you should be able to resolve this by editing and saving the theme.

Default values were fixed in that version which is what is causing your issue. No value is set for the dropshadow inset option specifically on the container.

Check to make sure all fields have a value even if its 0.

I am still unable to get any modals to show up… have not had one work yet. I updated to v2.0.13 and did what you said above regarding the drop shadow and theme. I think it may be time to find another plugin, unless you have other suggestions.

@kbcarps, i do appologize for the issues, have you attempted to use the uninstall button? Dont if you have a ton of modals but it will not only reset the db for easy modal but also uninstall all tables, then deactivate and reactivae and it should be like a fresh install.

Unfortunately without being able to look at it i couldn’t tell you what the problem is.

I was having trouble as described by etech0. I have version .13 and did remove all modals, then reset, uninstalled, deactivated, and reactivate. Things are working now.

Thanks for your great plugin and work on this danielliser
